Competiton will open on the Monday 3rd May 2010 at 9am and end on Sunday 6th June 2010 at 11.59pm.
Winners will be announced on Monday 7th June at 12pm.
This competition is not a "cutest baby competition" Winners are decided
by public votes. So the more votes your photo receives the more likely
you are too win.
You will receive your own URL link for your photo to share with friends & family to vote on your photo.

Terms and conditions:
1. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Terms and
Conditions. 2. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions. 3.The Promotion is open to all residents
of Australia aged 18 years and over, except employees, and
immediate families of employees, of the Promoter.
4.
The Promotion commences at 09:00am AEDST on 3rd May 2010 and closes 6th
June 2010 at 23:59pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”). 5. For the
removal of doubt, the entrant is deemed to be the person entering the
Promotion and not the child included in the photograph. 6. Entrants
must be the parent or legal guardian of a baby or toddler (aged 0 to 5
years) and have personally taken a photograph of the baby or toddler in
the period 12 months prior to submission of their entry (“Photograph”).
7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must submit their entry by the
following methods: email to: admin@babybidz.com.au 8. By entering this
Promotion, each entrant consents to their entry
(including but not limited to their name, their child’s name and their
Photograph) being used in any feature created by the Promoter. The
Promoter is entitled to use any such feature for any purposes at its
discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and publicity
purposes in any form of media. Features may appear in/on the Promoters
media and/or on media owned or associated with/to BabyBidz.com.au. 9.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of
entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, proof of age,
place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry
that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who
tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any
of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, or do not
comply with these Terms and Conditions are invalid. 11. Only one (1)
entry is permitted per child. 12. Winners will be
notified by phone using contact details provided in their entry. Winner
notification will occur on 7th June 2010. 13 The entry with the most
votes will be deemed the First Prize winner and
will receive the $50 BabyBidz Voucher. 14. The next photo with the most
votes will receive a $30 Voucher from KeJa Design & Photography.
15. The 3rd highest votes winner will receive a $20 Voucher from
Adorable Kidz. 16. The Promoter’s decision in relation to
this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will
not enter into any correspondence.
